The apartment was spacious and modern with comfortable beds. the swimming pools were fantastic for our kid. Having a parking spot was convenient. the staff at the pool bar and the cleaners were friendly. the Spar supermarket next door was very helpful with fresh baguettes every morning.

Superb Location & Great Potential

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was not touristy like other nearby areas, allowing us to experience the local culture and enjoy the best tapas. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to a variety of tapas bars and restaurants, while also being just a short taxi ride away from Maspalomas and Meloneras. the beautiful white sand beach of Anfi del Mar was within a 20-minute walk. The hotel itself had a large, modern apartment with a spacious terrace that offered an afternoon sun. The beds were comfortable and the basic cooking utensils were provided. We also appreciated the nice swimming pools, especially the adult infinity pool on the top floor. The staff at the pool bar and the cleaners were friendly and accommodating. Having a Spar supermarket next door was convenient, as we could get fresh baguettes every morning.

One major drawback of our stay was the lack of proper cleaning services. After the first week, the apartment was no longer cleaned, and we had to ask for clean bath towels and bedsheets every time.

We especially enjoyed the large terrace and the afternoon sun that came with it. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me - it was quiet in the evenings but still easy to get to the nightlife when I wanted to. Taxis were quick and cheap, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were really clean and well-maintained, and the gardens were beautiful. One thing that bothered me was the lack of smoking areas at the hotel. It would have been nice to have designated areas for smokers at both ends of the property.

We had a fantastic stay at Arguineguin Park! The modern apartments were well-equipped and spotless. The highlight was definitely the amazing lifeguard who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He even helped out in the bar area and was always friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and had enough sunbeds for everyone. The Spar shop on-site was convenient and had everything we needed. The location was also great, just a short walk from the beach. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The internet access was poor, with an unstable network that became unusable after 19:00 when other guests started streaming. The pool rules were a bit excessive, with a grumpy lifeguard enforcing them even when there were no other guests around.

One thing we didn't like was the lack of a pedestrian footpath on part of the road leading into town. This could be a safety concern, especially for families with young children or elderly individuals using wheelchairs.

I got great value for my money at Servatur in Arguineguin Park. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a perfect kitchen. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options.
